Effective 18 July 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how E N INAYAT Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the company behind the Future Her app and website (the "Service"), collects, uses and protects your personal information. We are the "data controller" for your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Future Her supports your wellbeing and education. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. See our Terms & Medical Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

Data controller: E N INAYAT Ltd, company no. 09709456, registered at United Kingdom. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact hello@futureher.ai.

2. The information we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Health & wellbeing information you provide (this is "special category" data under the UK GDPR): date of birth, height, weight, menstrual-cycle details and period dates, sleep, hydration, energy, mood, symptoms, your goals and the description of the "future self" you want to become.

Payment information: if you subscribe, our payment provider Stripe processes your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

Technical information: basic data such as your device type and app usage needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How and why we use it

4. Our legal basis

For your health & wellbeing data we rely on your explicit consent, which you give when you sign up and complete onboarding. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the relevant data or your account (this won't affect processing done before withdrawal). For account and security data we rely on performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in running a safe Service. For payments we rely on performance of our contract.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that help us run Future Her, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EU; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (e.g. payment records) to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@futureher.ai. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, authenticated access, and database row-level security so each person can only access their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Children

Future Her is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be notified in the app.
