Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, goals, habits, logs and chat history from Future Her. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Future Her → Profile → Delete my account, and confirm. This takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — From this page

This will permanently delete:
  • Your profile and account details
  • All goals, habits and progress history
  • All daily logs, symptoms and cycle data
  • Your chat history

Option 3 — By email

Email hello@futureher.ai from your account's registered address asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 5 business days.
